Le Krav Maga est-il trop violent pour les enfants?
Est-ce que mon enfant de 5, 6 ou 7 ans pourrait-il faire du Krav Maga? Est-ce que le Krav Maga est adapté à toutes les situations pour les enfants?
Il serait bien que les parents puissent voir ce que l'on fait au Krav Maga afin de savoir si leurs enfants seraient capables d'en faire.
Ci-joint, une petite vidéo avec un exemple de ce que nos enfants peuvent faire en faisant du Krav Maga. Comme vous le voyez, on travaille aussi bien debout, à deux, à deux contre un, seul ou encore assis et couché.
