Coup de tibia contre la cuisse du côté extérieur ou intérieur, ce coup va littéralement scier votre jambe et vous empêcher d'avoir un appui au niveau des cuisses.
C'est le coup favori des Thai-Boxers et bien exécuté, il termine le combat.
Solution
1. Lever le genou relativement haut afin de recevoir le coup sur le tibia et non la cuisse. Il est important de conserver un angle de 90° afin de ne pas avoir le low kick qui s'écrase sur le mollet.
2. Frapper avec la main la plus proche et idéalement avant même que la jambe de l'agresseur et la vôtre aient touché le sol.
3. Finir le job avec une autre frappe de poing et un final aux génitales.
4. Reculer avec un check
La technique est identique en cas de low kick interne et dans ce cas, la défense avec la jambe sera vers l'intérieur et non vers l'extérieur.
