Notre stage de ce WE du 20 & 21 octobre s'est terminé en beauté!
Gabi Noah a souligné le grand niveau des élèves. Il a également vu la belle amélioration de l'application des techniques et a félicité les élèves qui ont passé leur test pour leur belle réussite.
Aujourd'hui, 20 instructeurs se sont réunis afin de faire un travail contre fusil d'assault de face, de côté, de dos, sur le côté mort et vif.
Le cours instructeurs - partie II vient tout juste de se terminer.
Je suis fier de vous annoncer qu'IKM Krav Maga compte 8 nouveaux instructeurs!
Félicitations à Amadéo, Rudy, Gareth, Jeremy, Philippe, Michael, Anne & Mike.
Le stage contre un ou plusieurs agresseurs s'est terminé aujourd'hui.
Il y a eu, dernièrement, des attaques dans des facultés universitaires, gare, métro, bref...Il y en a partout et tout le temps, nous le savons.
Et je vois des gens faisant Karaté, Judo, etc... apprenant aux futurs candidats à l'agression comment se sortir d'une attaque à la gorge, une menace au couteau ou encore un viol..
Gabi Noah était à nouveau chez nous ce 18 & 19 février 2012.
Ce stage fut, et je vous en remercie, un réel succès! Je remercie également Gabi pour sa venue.
Qu'est-ce que le Krav maga?
Littéralement le Krav maga veut dire combat avec contact.
Ma définition néanmoins diffère quelque peu, c'est la manière la plus efficace de gérer une situation contre un ou plusieurs adversaires qu'ils soient armés ou non. Le Krav maga n'est pas une synthèse de toute une série d'arts martiaux ou d'arts de combats mais au contraire une méthode originale parfaitement adaptée à nos conditions contemporaines. Comme vous le savez, le Krav maga est aujourd'hui la méthode la plus adéquate pour se défendre en milieu urbain.
Y a-t-il beaucoup de clubs de Krav maga en Belgique?
Il y a effectivement une bonne activité de Krav maga en Belgique avec quelques fédérations qui sortent du lot, (dont la nôtre) et toute une série de clubs ou d'associations pratiquant le Krav maga avec grand coeur. Vous retrouvez à chaque commune ou région, son ou ses clubs de Krav maga ayant plus tout au moins une connexion lointaine avec Israël. Ma vision concernant ces personnes est la suivante: je vois beaucoup d'énergie, beaucoup de volonté mais malheureusement, souvent des fautes techniques élémentaires. De là et c'est mon regret, ces gens devraient plus s'investir dans la recherche d'informations correctes. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai passé durant les deux dernières années, plus de 60 jours de cours avec Gabi pour être au coeur de l'information. Et lorsque vous manipulez un pistolet, la défense peut être fatale si un doigt est mal placé, d'où l'importance effectivement d'effectuer la bonne technique au bon moment avec force et détermination.
Est-ce que le contact est important dans le Krav maga?
Pour moi le contact est fondamental. On peut s'entraîner pendant des années à faire des techniques dans le vide, mais à un moment il faut avoir la sensation de l'impact et la sensation de la technique en danger réel. Pour ce faire, on teste toutes les techniques avec casques et on voit sur le fait si les techniques fonctionnent et là encore une fois, Gaby et sa science du Krav maga éprouvé sur les champs de bataille nous aide énormément. Egalement, toutes nos salles disposent de pattes d'ours, de paos, de gants, …afin que tous les élèves puissent tester les techniques de Krav maga sans blesser son partenaire.

Suite à une explosion d'inscriptions en septembre, le cours débutant d'Etterbeek seront dédoublés: (Instructeur: Olivier Parthoens)
* Une session aura lieu le lundi et jeudi de 18h à 19h15
Le cours ados sont également doublés: (Instructeur: Tanguy Debruyn)
Lancement également du cours débutant à Ixelles: (Instructeur: Alex Sainanee)
Et du cours à Zaventem: (Instructeur: Pascal Westyn)
Faire du sport, augmenterait considérablement la fierté et le respect de soi.
