Combien?

- 50 € / heure

- 30 € / heure (par pers.) : pour 2 personnes

- 20 € / heure (par pers.) : pour 4 personnes

Il est bon de varier son "nombre de partenaire" et son "environnement" en cours particulier.

Cela sert grandement l'apprentissage du "Krav Maga" sous toutes ses formes.

Parcours:

Confronté dès mon plus jeune âge à la violence urbaine, la self défense m'a été imposé. La nécessité de me renforcer physiquement et mentalement a pris de l'importance très rapidement.

1991 à 1998 : Rugby, sélection nationale en 1996

1999 à 2006 : Boxe thai, wing Chun et MMA + initiations au:

Karaté shotokan,
Différents kung-fu,
Jujitsu brésilien,
Judo,
Penchak silat...

2006: Krav Maga

La méthode la plus complète et réaliste à mes yeux. Ainsi je peux réellement aider et transmettre.
