Pour cette troisième journée, Gabi Noah a expliqué la théorie de l'échauffement.
Chaque candidat a donc donné un échauffement et ils ont ensuite reçu les points positifs et négatifs.
L'après midi était réservée à la révision de tous les coups de pied avec Harry Mariette.
De face, de côté, de dos, circulaire, pas chassé, pas bruyant, glissé et en reculant.
Nous avons terminé aujourd'hui tous les coups de poings. De face, Marteau, uppercut, crochet et ce dans toutes les positions statiques, position de garde, frappe de la position assise, ainsi que frappe à partir du sol.
Nous avons également vu en détail la structure idéale d'un échauffement et les différentes façons d'arriver à échauffer correctement les élèves avant un cours de Krav Maga.
Aujourd'hui, après une courte présentation de chacun, nous avons commencé à travailler toutes les techniques de base.
Et nous avons terminé par des exemples d'échauffements!
Le stage contre un ou plusieurs agresseurs s'est terminé aujourd'hui.
Il y a eu, dernièrement, des attaques dans des facultés universitaires, gare, métro, bref...Il y en a partout et tout le temps, nous le savons.
Et je vois des gens faisant Karaté, Judo, etc... apprenant aux futurs candidats à l'agression comment se sortir d'une attaque à la gorge, une menace au couteau ou encore un viol..
Gabi Noah était à nouveau chez nous ce 18 & 19 février 2012.
Ce stage fut, et je vous en remercie, un réel succès! Je remercie également Gabi pour sa venue.
